Clinic Appointments
Clinic appointments are pre-scheduled. Veterans receive an appointment letter approximately 30 days prior to their apointment. To reschedule an appointment, please call (320) 255-6339.
Telephone Care (Triage)
Telephone Care is provided by nurse practitioners who can assist you with medical questions or concerns that may arise between clinic visits. After the nurse reviews your problem, he/she may:
Refer you to your local emergency room.
Encourage you to come to the Urgent Care Clinic.
Schedule an appointment with your doctor.
Give you instructions to follow for self care.
