• Personal Care: Highly qualified primary care providers, specialty care referrals to the St. Cloud and Minneapolis VA Medical Centers.
• Laboratory: Blood drawing services available.
• Prescriptions: Routine prescriptions processed through the mail or My HealtheVet.

Driving Directions

The Brainerd Community-Based Outpatient Clinic is located in the Brainerd Regional Human Services Center (11800 State Highway 18, Suite 2)just east of the junction of highways 18 and 25, two miles east of Brainerd.  From highway 371, turn east onto Highway 18 and drive until you reach 1777 Highway 18 East. From highway 25, turn west onto Highway 18 and drive to 1777 Highway 18 East.  From highway 210, drive southeast to Highway 18 and drive to 1777 Highway 18 East.
